Service

Takealot Seller Connector is an independent, read-only integration that lets authorised AI clients request data from a seller's Takealot Marketplace API account. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Takealot. You must have authority to use the seller account and its API key.

Subscription

The subscription price is R49 per month, with no setup fee. Payments and recurring billing are processed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the customer billing portal available from seller setup. Cancellation timing and access duration are shown in Stripe when you cancel. We do not guarantee refunds for completed billing periods except where required by applicable law.

Availability and responsibility

Service availability depends on Takealot's API, the AI client and our hosting providers. Information may be delayed or incomplete. Verify important operational or financial decisions against your official Takealot Seller Portal. You are responsible for keeping your seller credentials secure and ensuring you are permitted to share account data with your chosen AI client.
